does anyone know if that dong Sing Sing with the unbelievable sad eyes was adopted. You can no longer view her profile, it just says she has been removed from petfinder. I hope this means Sing Sing found a home? I wish there was more follow up on adoptions.
As I have suggested before every shelter should be required to post their complete adoption statics on their web site and have a copy available in their reception area. In addition the status of each individual animal should be available to anyone who is interested.All the steps taken to rehab re home should be shown and if an animal is euthanized, killed or dies that should be public knowledge. The only information that should be keep from the public is who adopts the animal. After all it my money and your money they are getting. It is all to easy to kill these animals if no one is looking.
