Speaking of sweet cuddly little lap dogs, Riverstead reg'd.Bernese Mountain Dog s and Rescue Home, is looking for a very good home for this little sweetheart. Her name is Holly, she is a Shih Tzu Maltese cross and she will be three years old on October 6th. They are to looking to adopt her to an active, out going, retired couple. (Holly does not like to be home alone too much.)
She is quite small and a little bit nervous but not aggressive, around big dogs until she knows they are friendly, so ideally Holly should be the only dog in the house. She has never met a cat, so they are not sure if she would like them or not. (Many Terriers do not so it might be best for her new home not to have a cat.)
Holly has lived with two young children and loves to play ball with them, so if the Grandchildren would come and play ball with her sometimes that would be great. The reason she need a new family is her people are moving back to England. This is a sweet, gentle, well behaved beautifully maintained dog.
